Summer camp workshop

I had organised a summer camp 2day workshop, where parents could also join the fun.
It was my first attempt but kids thoroughly enjoyed it.

To make it more interesting, had organised some games like treasure hunt.... and a session on safe touch.
Overall an awesome experience.

A Short Movie on Child Safety - No Touch

Share the Load with Ariel

When @Blogadda came with the concept #WashBucketChallenge to share the load, I was like never realised how much my hubby helps me in the household. He has always been helpful inspite of his hectic schedule in office. He never complained about anything unlike me.

Women are said to be multi-taking but according to me, we ignore to look out how men manages the house and office, especially when you have kids at home. I'm very glad I got married to my best friend who is always there for me at good times and in hard.

shot a pic with Ariel
I had a wonderful time taking this pic....sharing the load. Got to cherish some beautiful memories which we had in our graduation days. One of the memories I would like to share. When we got married, I was a person who had not seen the world of kitchen. As I was a South- Indian, his family members wanted me to prepare something authentic but for my luck, they did not know about my cooking skills. The magician who came to my rescue was my best friend alias my husband. He called up my mother, he noted down the recipe and helped me to prepare the first dish "UPMA". The taste was not all that great but it will be one of my sweet and scary memories.

Ever since we got married, he is always been there like a Guardian Angel. When you treat each other with equal respect and instead of thinking of the load - giving a helping hand to each other will make life better and an easy life to lead.

For the Ariel review -  to be frank, I had never used Ariel before. I like the fragrance and clothes were washed better compare to the earlier detergent which I used to use. I also used this detergent powder to wash my kids soft toys, it looked clean, soft and fresh.

I'm planning to switch my current detergent to Ariel and also honour my husband's effort of helping in the households.

So, how many of you are planning to treasure those beautiful moments? Try #WashBucketChallenge to come out of the shell.

Thanks @Blogadda for giving a chance to cherish some beautiful memories through #WashBucketChallenge sharing the load with Ariel and Whirlpool

A day with KidZania

KidZania  - a wonderful concept for kids to know and meet the real world.

"Earning" and "Spending" are the great words which can be learnt all through, along with learning the art of working of different professions.

Glimpse of the rate card

As you enter, you receive the Boarding passes, security bracelets and a cheque of 50 Kidos with the instructions of how to go about.
As it was the first visit to this place, I was more thrilled than my daughter.

The first task was to en-cash the cheque and then as per ones interest you need to earn or spend. No adults were allowed inside the work area.

Yes Bank - where you need to en-cash the cheque

Look - in and around Kidzania

There were so many roles which my daughter loved to play ...

Dentist
Builder

Painter

Did shopping by herself

Played the role of Cashier

Followed the instructions which was given to her by the Chef

Very proud of her 1st achievement which she did all by herself - Delicious Fruit Canape

After earning, its time to relax
Colourful nail paint

This was a proud moment for me, when the lady asked my daughter to make bracelet  - my daughter said "I want to make for my Mamma" and she spent the Kidos to make a bracelet for me.
Whatelse I could ask for more....

There are many more to learn like music, dance and  get to perform as well. It's a worth visit.
Overall, Thanks to Blogadda team and KidZania for organising such a innovative activity. Thoroughly enjoyed the day.
